Service Overview
StudyMed Georgia is an independent education consultancy connecting international students to partner universities in Georgia — specifically CIU (Caucasus International University) and GRUNI (Grigol Robakidze University).
We are not affiliated with, employed by, or acting as an official representative of any university. Our role is to facilitate your application and support your transition to studying in Georgia.
Our Services
Our service fee covers the following:
- Document preparation, translation, and notarization
- Ministry of Education order processing
- Official invitation letter for student visa application
- Free airport pickup upon arrival in Tbilisi
- Hotel and long-term accommodation assistance
- Personal City Manager assigned to you in Georgia
Any services outside the above list are subject to separate agreement and additional fees.
Service Fee
University tuition fees are paid directly to the university and are separate from our service fee.
Refund Policy
- If your application is unsuccessful due to issues with your own documents (incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid), the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.
- If the application fails due to an error made by StudyMed Georgia, a full refund will be issued.
- No refund is available after the Ministry of Education order has been issued.
Limitation of Liability
StudyMed Georgia facilitates the application process — we do not control university admission decisions, government immigration policy, or border entry rules. Specifically:
- We are not responsible for border entry decisions made by Georgian or any other immigration authority.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections caused by the student's home country immigration rules or personal circumstances.
- We do not guarantee university admission — we facilitate and support the process.
- We are not liable for any changes in university tuition fees, program structure, or availability after your application has been submitted.
Student Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful documents at all stages of the application.
- You are responsible for meeting document submission deadlines — a minimum of 1.5 months before intake.
- You must ensure all submitted documents are genuine and legally valid in your home country.
- You are responsible for your own visa application outcome once we have provided the official invitation letter.
Privacy
- We collect only the personal information necessary to process your application (name, contact details, nationality, academic background, and supporting documents).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties outside of the application process.
- Your data is used solely for the purpose of university application processing and related support services.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the student should first contact StudyMed Georgia directly through one of the channels below. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
Communication Language
All official communication between StudyMed Georgia and the student shall be conducted in English.
Any translations of these terms or related documents provided for convenience are non-binding. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translation and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
Processing Timeline
Application and document processing times may vary depending on university schedules, Ministry of Education workload, and government processing times.
- StudyMed Georgia does not guarantee specific processing timelines for any stage of the application.
- We will communicate all status updates to the student promptly as information becomes available.
- To avoid delays, students should submit all required documents at least 1.5 months before their intended intake date.
Age Requirement
Students must be at least 17 years of age to use our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
