Section 01

Service Overview

StudyMed Georgia is an independent education consultancy connecting international students to partner universities in Georgia — specifically CIU (Caucasus International University) and GRUNI (Grigol Robakidze University).

We are not affiliated with, employed by, or acting as an official representative of any university. Our role is to facilitate your application and support your transition to studying in Georgia.

By engaging our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

Our Services

Our service fee covers the following:

First payment — due when documents are submitted 50%

Second payment — due when Ministry order is issued 50%

University tuition fees are paid directly to the university and are separate from our service fee.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to studymedgeorgia@gmail.com within 14 days of the outcome.

Limitation of Liability

StudyMed Georgia facilitates the application process — we do not control university admission decisions, government immigration policy, or border entry rules. Specifically:

Submission of fraudulent or falsified documents will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the student should first contact StudyMed Georgia directly through one of the channels below. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

We will attempt to resolve all disputes within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
Section 11

Communication Language

All official communication between StudyMed Georgia and the student shall be conducted in English.

Any translations of these terms or related documents provided for convenience are non-binding. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translation and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

Processing Timeline

Application and document processing times may vary depending on university schedules, Ministry of Education workload, and government processing times.

Section 13

Age Requirement

Students must be at least 17 years of age to use our services.

Students under the age of 18 must provide written parental or legal guardian consent before the application process begins. Applications submitted without the required consent will not be processed.
Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
